Scheduling an Appointment With spa service bookings, every effort will be made to honor requests for specific team members, however, we cannot guarantee availability in that regard. Due to the length of some spa packages, advance booking is important. Day of Beauties-spa package bookings will require a 50% pre-paid deposit by credit card at the time of booking. Please note the cancellation policy associated with Day of Beauty bookings.

Arrival at the SalonSpa In order to fully benefit from our facility, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early for all SalonSpa services.

Please note: Latecomers will incur the full fee for shortened treatments.

Parking Due to occasional neighborhood congestion, we recommend that you allow extra time to find parking. There are pay to park lots located at NW 23rd and Flanders next to Pottery Barn and on NW Glisan behind Pizzicato.

Personal Comfort Your comfort is important. Please feel free to bring a swimsuit or to wear undergarments for spa visits. Dosha provides robes, gowns and spa shorts as well as comfortable sandals for your use in the spa. Lockers are provided in the spa, for storage of your personal items. Please leave all valuable items at home. Dosha Salonspa staff will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.

About Our Staff Dosha SalonSpa's team of professionals are here to make sure every guest is comfortable and receives the utmost in SalonSpa services. Please request a male or female staff member if this is a concern for you.

Children at the SalonSpa Because of our utmost respect for your comfort, as well as that of others, we ask that you please refrain from bringing children under 16 to the SalonSpa unless they are receiving services.

To Maintain a Peaceful Environment We ask that you please turn off your cell phone while visiting the SalonSpa.

Health Issues We ask that you advise us of any illness, injury or changes to your health status prior to any spa treatments, to ensure optimal programming of your needs and to be sure our treatments do not, in any way, interfere with any medical issues you may have. We at Dosha SalonSpa are greatly concerned for the well being of
our guests.

Regarding Cancellations Dosha SalonSpa requires a 24 hour cancellation notice for single Salonspa Services. For multiple services or package bookings, we require a 5 day cancellation notice. For multiple services or package bookings, 50% of the price of all services booked is charged as a deposit. This deposit will not be refunded to short cancellations (less than 5 days).
