Clackamas Rewards Card Program Information
Rewards card valid at Dosha Clackamas location only. Show card at time of payment to receive 10% OFF all product and services purchased. Each dollar spent at DC earns one point toward Dosha Clackamas rewards dollars.
Gift Certificates for these offers are not available. No other discounts can be combined with these offers (such as VIP discounts).

To Ensure Your Comfort
Scheduling an Appointment
With spa service bookings, every effort will be made to honor requests
for specific team members. However,
we cannot guarantee availability in
that regard. Due to the length of some
spa packages, advance booking is
important. Day of Beauty/spa package
bookings require a 50% deposit by
credit card at the time of booking.
Please note the 5-day cancellation
policy associated with multiple
bookings.
Arrival at the Salon Spa
In order
to fully benefit from our facility, we
ask that you arrive 15 minutes early
for all salon spa services. Please note:
Latecomers will incur the full fee for
shortened treatments.
Parking
Due to occasional
neighborhood congestion, we
recommend that you allow extra time
to find parking
Personal Items
Dosha is not responsible for personal Items left unattended in our Salon or Spa or any items a customer brings in with them to thier appoinment.
Personal Comfort
Your comfort is
important. Please feel free to bring a
swimsuit or to wear undergarments for
spa visits. Dosha provides robes and
gowns as well as comfortable sandals
for your use in the spa. Lockers are
provided in the spa for storage of your
personal items. Please leave all valuable
items at home. Dosha cannot be
responsible for lost or stolen items.
About Our Staff
Dosha's team of
professionals are commited to ensuring
that every guest is comfortable and
receives the utmost in salon spa
services. Please request a male or
female staff member if this is a concern
for you.
Children at the Salon Spa
Because
of our utmost respect for your comfort,
as well as that of others, we ask that
you please refrain from bringing children
under 16 to the salon spa unless they
are receiving services.
To Maintain a Peaceful
Environment We ask that you please
turn off your cell phone while visiting
the salon spa.
Health Issues
We ask that you advise
us of any illness, injury or changes
to your health status prior to spa
treatments to ensure our treatments
do not in any way interfere with any
medical issues you may have. The
well being of each Dosha guest is our
primary concern.
Regarding Cancellations
Dosha requires a 24 hour cancellation notice for single salon spa services. For multiple services or package bookings, 50% of the total price of all services booked is charged as a deposit. We require a 5-day cancellation. – This deposit will not be refunded for cancellations with less than 5-days notice.

Series
Series are not transferable or able to be shared with others. Series services are valid for the individual named on the series card and for a specific service only. Refunds or exchanges on series purchases are not available.
Forms of Payment
We are able to accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We are unable to accept checks or Discover cards. We gladly accept Dosha gift certificates for the purchased value only. We are not able to accept Aveda gift certificates, gift cards, or other offers.
Returns/Refund Policy
Please let us know if any aspect of your visit did not meet your satisfaction. We will happily adjust your service or exchange a purchased product within 2 weeks of the original service or purchase. Dosha does not offer refunds. |
