Dosha Clackamas is happy to introduce the Dosha Clackamas Rewards Card program, available ONLY through our Clackamas location. We are hosting Thursday Get-Togethers now through the month of August. Every Thursday from 3PM - 6PM we will be offering Special Product Pricing as well as Gifts with Purchases in the Clackamas location. During this time we will also be handing out our new Dosha Clackamas Rewards Cards. You must attend a Thursday Get-Together to receive your card.

With these cards, all product and services purchases will receive an automatic 10% discount, PLUS between now and August 31st for every $10 spent at Dosha Clackamas you will earn an additional $1 credit towards any future purchase. (every purchase is entered into the Dosha Clackamas POP system as points 1 point = $.10 in value) After August, credits may only be earned on promotional items.

1. Dosha Clackamas Rewards are accumulated on a perperson basis.
2. Dosha Salon Spa reserves the right to change or terminate the Rewards Program, or any portion thereof, at any time, with or without written notice. The Rewards Program structure is subject to modification, or limitation in the sole discretion of Dosha, at any time with or without notice, and Dosha reserves the right to modify the current Rewards redemption values, to establish additional Rewards redemption values or to delete any or all of the current Rewards redemption values.
3. Any fraudulent use of the Rewards Program will automatically revoke any and all benefits and the right to any further participation in the Rewards Program.
4. Dosha's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Rewards Program shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by Fred Meyer in writing.
5. The laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, will govern these Terms. If any legal action relating to the customer’s use of the Rewards Program or these terms, the customer agrees to file such action only in the state and federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.
6. Member agrees that theDosha ClackamasRewards Program and any Member benefits related to it do not create any property rights in favor of Member.
7. Dosha Salon Spa is not responsible for Rewards that are not received as a result of Member’s failure to update Member’s personal information. Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated personal information with Dosha Salon Spa.
8. Dosha Clackamas Rewards Program cannot be combined witha nyother Rewards Program or offer.
9. The interpretation and application of the policies, procedures or rewards of the Rewards Program are in the sole discretion and determination of Dosha Salon Spa, which in each case shall be final and conclusive.
